Seeds of Hope for Yucaipa-Calimesa works directly with families in the Yucaipa-Calimesa School District who have school-aged children to prevent and remedy homelessness. We coordinate the compassion of our community to address the root causes of housing instability through a holistic approach.

 

Our services include prevention support before families reach crisis, shelter and case management during times of homelessness, and stabilization programs to ensure long-term independence once housing is secured. By tapping into existing local resources and partnerships, we empower families to build economic stability and lasting self-sufficiency. Families come to us in crisis; we help them plant the seeds for a stronger, more hopeful future.
